Privacy Policy — LifePointe Contacts Sync

LifePointe Contacts Sync is a private, internal tool used by LifePointe
Church of the Nazarene (Rio Linda, CA) to keep church staff's personal
contact lists current. It is not a public product, and it is not
available for use by anyone outside LifePointe's own ministry staff.

What this tool does:
- Reads contact information (name, email address, phone number) already
  stored in LifePointe's Breeze Church Management System, for individuals
  who have provided LifePointe with an email address.
- Writes that same information into the Google Contacts account of the
  authorized LifePointe staff member who set up this tool, under a
  contact group labeled "LifePointe Church."

What this tool does not do:
- It does not share, sell, or transmit any contact information to any
  third party.
- It does not access any Google data beyond the Contacts scope needed to
  create and update entries in the single contact group described above.
- It is not used to send messages, emails, or any other communication —
  it only keeps contact entries current for reference.

Data retention:
Contact information is retained in Google Contacts only as long as the
individual remains in LifePointe's Breeze database with an email address
on file. When someone is removed from that eligible list in Breeze, this
tool can remove the corresponding entry from the synced contact group.
